I have personally collected, analysed, processed, tested semen extensively, Frozen, 1000s of samples of semen, made my own medias tweaking protocols mastering the best results possible post thaw viability, I have mastered with vital hands on experience across species. My knowledge in animal semen is vast.

Across species as I’ve been mastering methods having to own the animals to learn hands on in each species the males and females, learning each aspect of the species reproduction as I studied I came across many issues that could easily be rectified and some not so easily rectified, plus having the animals brought me closer to a lot of people with the same animals allowing me to see patterns of issues in species and allowed me to look further to rectify problems.

i found issues in the males semen that I can detect through advanced testing, helping prevent issues going forward. 

Problem list as follows 

*Failed Pregnancy 

*Abortion or Reabsorbed Pregnancy 

*Abortion later in pregnancy

*Still born

*rejecting dead off spring before the litter is due then holding on to the rest to full term

*Deformaties

*Cleft

*non formed digestive system

*heart defects

*off spring born then dieing shortly after birth

*weak off spring 

*1 male used on one side of the flock, and a different male on the other side of the flock, both Sides scanned with successful pregnancies only then to go forward and one side not progress on to produce any off spring or 1 or both sides have off spring that are born weak and die after birth.
I was lucky enough to run tests on the semen of males causing issues, I found patterns and now have the method of testing the males to make sure the male won’t cause an issue in the pregnancy going forward.
this test is run On the males semen, I can run the test on Canine, Ram, Goat, Boar, Milt, Chickens.
I can run the test on fresh, chilled or frozen semen straws or pellets needing only 20ul of semen after extension to 10 x million per ml.

anyone want to run trails on males semen to find consistent results I’m up for assisting in any trails that can help going forward.  I think this test is a vital part of artificial breeding and should be used more.
